At Courtyard School, we believe that discipline is the foundation of success. Our code of conduct is designed not to restrict, but to guide students towards becoming responsible, respectful, and successful individuals. These guidelines help create a safe and nurturing environment where every student can thrive academically and personally.
Important rules every student must follow
Students must be punctual and arrive at school before the assembly bell rings.
Respect all teachers, staff members, and fellow students at all times.
Use polite language and maintain good manners inside and outside the classroom.
Students must carry their school diary and ID card daily.
Maintain silence in corridors and move in an orderly manner between classes.
Be prepared with all necessary books, notebooks, and stationery for each class.
Pay attention during lessons and participate actively in class discussions.
Raise your hand and wait for permission before speaking in class.
Complete and submit all homework and assignments on time.
Keep your desk and classroom clean and organized at all times.
Minimum 75% attendance is mandatory to appear in examinations.
Leave applications must be submitted in advance for planned absences.
Medical certificate is required for absences exceeding 3 consecutive days.
Students must get their diary signed by parents for any absence.
Proper uniform reflects discipline and unity
Clean and ironed uniform must be worn every day as prescribed
Black polished shoes with white socks are mandatory
Neat hair, trimmed nails, and no jewelry except small studs for girls
PT uniform to be worn on sports days and during physical education
Consequences of violating the code of conduct
Courtyard School believes in positive discipline and aims to guide students towards better behavior. However, repeated violations of the code of conduct may result in the following actions:
